PECKY’s interior design services are offered through The Design Studio Annex, a dedicated 10,000 square foot design studio and showroom extension created for collaboration, inspiration, and personalized client experience.
The Annex at PECKY expands upon the experience of the Central Street Boutique, offering additional space dedicated to furnishings, design resources, and client collaboration. Thoughtfully designed as both a working design studio and an extension of the showroom, The Annex allows clients and designers to explore a broader selection of furniture, lighting, art, textiles, and accessories in a more relaxed, consultative environment.
Home to PECKY’s interior design team, The Annex is where ideas begin to take shape. Clients meet with designers to review floor plans, materials, finishes, and furnishings while developing spaces that feel layered, personal, and beautifully resolved. In addition to serving residential clients, The Annex also functions as a valuable trade resource for interior designers seeking access to PECKY’s distinctive collection of luxury brands and design expertise.
Together, the Boutique and The Annex create a complete design destination, pairing curated retail with full-service interior design in an environment centered around thoughtful living and exceptional interiors.

Owner
Highly regarded in the interior design community, Patricia has established the PECKY brand as a showroom known for exceptional product quality, service and design. Her foremost priority is establishing long-lasting relationships with clients based on her values of integrity and mutual respect. “My primary goal is happy clients, “ she says. “I strive to fulfill their needs and dreams and the look they want to achieve for their home."

Brandishing a degree in Interior Design from Murray State University, Alissa has been with PECKY for over a decade. When working with Alissa, you’ll notice that she is very organized, creative and knowledgeable in the field. “It’s important that I build strong relationships with my clients by truly listening to their needs and making sure they are well represented,” she says. Alissa specializes in transitional style, but can accomplish a wide variety of styles depending on each client’s taste.
Candayce, ASID ALLIED
Designer
Candayce joined the PECKY Team over a decade ago. She has over 30 years of Interior Design experience. Starting her career in Naples, Fl, she has also worked in Las Vegas for many years helping several celebrity clientele with their homes. She is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers. Candayce is PECKY’s specialist for custom window treatments. She loves assisting clients with home remodels or refreshes. She takes pride in getting to know her clients and establishing long lasting relationships with them. Her favorite activity is spending time with her 3 Grandchildren.
Rhonda
Showroom Concierge
Rhonda joins Julie in the showroom providing exemplary customer service to our clients. Her thirty year background in fine jewelry acquisitions and appraisals, as well as custom jewelry design, has given her an attention to detail that serves our clientele well. Rhonda appreciates the balance between beauty and function, and the sourcing of authentic artisans and craftsmen represented in the PECKY showroom is of equal importance to her. “I am so enjoying expanding product knowledge and appreciation of the fine quality of the furnishings and accessories that PECKY offers our clientele. It is a pleasure working in this gorgeous showroom and helping clients bring that beauty into their lives.”
Yoli, ASID ALLIED
Designer
Originally from Houston, Texas, Yoli brings over six years of experience in the lighting industry and holds a degree in Interior Design from Salem College in North Carolina. With a passion for creating spaces that are as functional as they are timeless, her design philosophy centers on reflecting the style and passion of each client. Yoli is excited to be a part of the PECKY team and looks forward to contributing to projects that inspire and elevate the everyday life.
Christine, ASID
Designer
Christine, a native Washingtonian who has made Sarasota her home for over 25 years, brings a wealth of experience and a refined design sensibility to the PECKY team. A longtime member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), she works on a wide range of projects—from ground-up builds and full-scale renovations to turnkey interiors, downsizing, and staging. Known for her approachable demeanor, keen attention to detail, and respect for her clients’ budgets, Christine has a particular passion for textiles and window treatments. Her goal is to create beautifully tailored spaces that reflect each client’s unique taste and lifestyle.
