SARASOTA, FL January 20, 2021 – PECKY, a Sarasota-based interior design firm and boutique recently announced that Alissa Sullivan, ASID Professional, successfully completed the course work to become an NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer, allowing PECKY to take on commerical projects.

Passing the NCIDQ examination distinguishes that Alissa attained the industry’s highest standard of aptitude in interior design, as well as her commitment to the profession. “I believe passing the NCIDQ exam and obtaining the information presented has given me an advantage for our firm and clients by providing me with the most current guidelines and regulations in the Industry” said Alissa. “I am looking forward to providing PECKY’s design guidance and expertise to commercial projects by making the finished space not only aesthetically appealing, but also highly functional and environmentally sustainable” added Alissa.

Family, friends and valued clients of PECKY,

Well I finally have time to reflect on what is happening in our nation currently. Quite actually I try hard to not dwell on what you cannot change. That being said here’s hoping all of you and your families and friends are safe and secure.

Our service for PECKY clients has not changed, just adjusted to being done by zoom, virtual tours, and phone/emails. We continue to take advantage of a “quiet” store to be able to keep design projects on schedule with the gorgeous homes we are currently working on.

We have staff working from home, I’m in the office everyday, and we hope to open up again first of May. Currently our thought is to open by appointment only so that we can assure our shoppers, a one on one, individual shopping experience til we all feel safe with the virus! This can be a last minute phone call “I’m in the area, can I come shop?”

We thank you for remembering us, shopping local, and your loyalty as we go forward and get to greet you at PECKY again. We miss our busy, hustling boutique environment so much, and miss all of you as well!

Patricia
